Thanksgiving is the holiday when we are supposed to be grateful for all that we have. Unfortunately, some people only practice this one day a year, and some not even that.
Having the Attitude of Gratitude is very important for your happiness, and therefore, your health. Some people have a gratitude practice in which they take a few minutes at the start of the end of each day and list three things that they are grateful for. Some people write it in their journal, some just give it cerebral attention.
This practice helps put you in the proper mindset to make the best of each day of your life.
So let everyday be Thanksgiving for you. As Aesop wrote, “Gratitude is the sign of noble minds.”
